Colossians 3:23-24 “Whatever you do, do it from the heart for the Lord and not for people. You know that you will receive an inheritance as a reward. You serve the Lord Christ”.
Since 1989 I am married to the love of my life, Brigit. We live together peaceful and not peaceful days with our two daughters, Saskia (21 years old) and Julia (15 years old), which are our gift from Heaven. My wife is a teacher, she loves to work with the children, and when it’s needed, she works on my “education” too.
THE WAY OF FAITH
I was 22 when Brigit began to tell me something about Christianity. Two of my wife’s colleagues had converted to Christianity. In that period began my preparation to live a life with God. In 1993 I gave whatever worried me to Jesus, and I asked Him to come into my heart. On Sunday, God guided us to go to an Italian Evangelical Brethren Church in Mannheim. In that place, I received instructions about how to read the Bible, and I was taught so many things that made me grow in faith. When this life will come to an end, each one of us will be accountable to God for the life we’ve lived, independently of our efforts to be good people. Our works doesn’t count in the eyes of God. God is holy and just, He has to punish the sin, but He’s also graceful and caring who doesn’t want to punish us. In order to resolve the problem of the sin, God gave us His only Son, Jesus Christ, to pay the debt of our sins. Now I have a great, indescribable happiness in my Lord!
